Platinum #202: Butter & Friends: Babysitter Sim

Hey there!

Like babysitting? No? Me neither, but as a trophy hunter I had to play this game. Even though I was procrastinating for a while.

What is the game all about?

In Butter & Friends: Babysitter Sim you must look out for some babies. Their parents are gone and it’s your duty that their babies are safe upon the parents return. You must hinder the babies from exiting the house and watch out for abductors. If one baby exits the house or will be kidnapped by an abductor, it’s game over. The game offers no real story. You start with one baby and will unlock more, every time you successfully babysit.

What about trophies?

This game is quite simple in regards of trophies and can be completed within a couple of hours. Most of the trophies will unlock naturally while unlocking all babies. But there are a few trophies which can give you a hard time. The most pain-in-the-ass trophy is called “Can’t Touch This”. To unlock this trophy, you must successfully babysit without any of the abductors every grabbing the baby. I recommend going for this trophy first. There’s also a trophy for babysit with 4 players. Even though it’s much easier doing this trophy with 3 friends, you also do it with one controller. This way it may be a little bit harder and might take some tries.

Where can I get this game?

This game is only available at the PSN store for a few EUR / USD. As far as I know, it’s available in all regions. Just be aware that all regions share the same trophy list. This means, there’s unfortunately no stacking possible.

As a trophy hunter, should I get this game?

It’s a very cheap game and can be completed within a short amount of time. Thus, I’d recommend this game to every trophy hunter. Maybe you can play it together with one of your buddies. It won’t be more fun but some trophies would definitively easier.
