Platinum #296: Eventide: Slavic Fable

Hey there!

One of the few Artifex Mundi games that only needs one playthrough and can be done within a few hours.

What is the game all about?
At the beginning of Eventide: Slavic Fable, you’re trapped inside your car and you must find a way out. At first, it looks like the game takes place within a “normal” world, but as soon as you enter the contemporary heritage park, the setting changes drastically, as humans and mythical creatures co-exist within this park. As a botanist, you receive a letter from your grandmother and are tasked to save an endangered plant. With this, your adventure begins.
To proceed through the game, you must complete a few mini-games as well as some Hidden Object Puzzles (HOPs). Unlike to most of the other Artifex Mundi games, you can’t play Mahjong or Domino instead of HOPs. But as in every other of their games, Eventide: Slavic Fable has two difficulties, as well as a bonus chapter which unlocks after beating the game.

What about trophies?
To unlock the Platinum Trophy, you must beat the game on expert difficulty, beat all HOPs and mini-games without using hints, beat the bonus chapter, and find all collectibles. Everything can be done within one playthrough.
If you want to use a walkthrough, I’d recommend this one by gamehouse.com.

Where can I get this game?
Eventide: Slavic Fable is available digital only and can be found in the EU and NA store. There’s only one stack for this game.
If you need PSN cards, you can buy them at play-asia.com or at scdkey.com. There you get digital codes, which will be send to you via e-mail within minutes.

As a trophy hunter, should I get this game?
Even though it doesn’t have the best story, it’s worth getting if you’re into trophy hunting. As already mentioned, it only needs one playthrough and can be done within a few hours.
