Hey there!
Part 2 of the trilogy. Also short, but this one needs 1.5 playthroughs.
What is the game all about?
Again, you’re in control of botanist Mary, but that’s exactly all that has Eventide 2: Sorcerer’s Mirror in common with Eventide:
Slavic Fable.
The game
starts with and your niece Jenny climbing up a mountain. Jenny soon gets
kidnapped by a wizard called Master Tvardovsky and it’s up to you to save her. But
you can do this alone, you need the help of an enchanted village and some imps.
Typically
for an Artifex Mundi game, you proceed through the game by completing
Hidden Object Puzzles (HOPs) and minigames. But what’s different to their other
games is, that you must make 5 moral choices during the game. Sadly, these
choices only have a minor impact on the game and thus, the replay value is quite
low. Don’t expect this to be a Telltale game. ;-)
As usual,
the game offers 2 difficulties and a bonus chapter, which will be unlocked upon
beating the game.
What about trophies?
To unlock the Platinum Trophy, you must beat the game on expert
difficulty, beat all HOPs and mini-games without using hints, beat the bonus
chapter, find all collectibles and make all possible choices. This means that
you must play through the game at least 1.5 times. Luckily, this game is very
short making the second playthrough less of a pain.
Sadly, I couldn’t find any written walkthrough but you can check you
YouTube. There are a lot of video guides for this game.
Where can I get this game?
Eventide 2: Sorcerer’s Mirror is available
digital only and can be found in the EU and NA store. There’s only one stack
for this game.
If you need PSN cards, you can buy them at play-asia.com
or at scdkey.com. There you get digital codes,
which will be send to you via e-mail within minutes.
As a trophy hunter, should I get this game?
Yes, as it is easy and only needs 1.5 short playthroughs.
