Platinum #319: Khara

Hey there!

An easy adventure game that reminded me a lot of RiME.

What is the game all about?
As mentioned above, Khara is an easy adventure game. As the game starts at an island, it reminded me a lot of RiME.
The game is very straight forward. You must solve some easy puzzles and fight a few enemies from time to time to proceed with the story. At the end of each region, you must fight a boss. These bosses aren’t very hard too and you might be able to beat them on first try.
You’ll also learn some new abilities over the time, like the power to freeze water. These abilities will become very helpful in solving puzzles or reaching new area.
The overall difficulty of this game isn’t really high. Thus, I assume that this game was designed for kids.
Be aware, the game might glitch from time to time. For me, it happened that I got stuck in a wall a few times. If this happens, simply reload the last checkpoint. The checkpoints appear very often, so you shouldn’t lose too much progress.

What about trophies?
All trophies in this game are story-related. Thus, you don’t have to worry to miss anything.
Here’s a complete walkthrough by IBadDriverI. If you follow this video, you should be able to complete the game within 2-3 hours.

Where can I get this game?
Khara is currently available in the EU PSN store only.
There are also rumors that it will be available in the NA store eventually and that it will get its own stack. As soon as this happens, I will update this post.
If you need PSN cards, you can buy them here. There you get digital codes, which will be send to you via e-mail within minutes.

As a trophy hunter, should I get this game?
You can’t go wrong with this game. It’s only 9.99€ and very short and easy.
